"VFlexi" Voluntary Health Insurance Plan

VFlexi is an individual indemnity hospital insurance product regulated by government. With VFlexi, you and your loved ones are protected against medical expenses, helping to alleviate the financial stress of medical treatment. The VFlexi Voluntary Health Insurance Plan is a Flexi Plan under the Voluntary Health Insurance Scheme (“VHIS”) certified by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government and is underwritten by Bolttech Insurance (Hong Kong) Company Limited. (VHIS Plan Certification Number: F00078). VHIS provider registration number: 00012 effective from 28 Feb 2019.

You can be well assured VFlexi is Government certified Flexi plan and if you are a Hong Kong taxpayer, you can claim your tax from the premium you paid for yourself and your qualified family members.

Up to 15% No Claims Premium Discount

If you haven’t made any claim for the Plan the Year immediately prior to Renewal, the Plan will offer you a discount of up to 15% on your next Renewal premium regardless of your Age to encourage you to stay healthy. No Claims Premium Discounts applies as follows: No claim for 1 year- 5%, 2 years -10%, 3 years 15%

All-round Protection with additional Cash Benefit

A wide range of hospitalisation and surgical benefits, including Psychiatric Treatment, Diagnostic Imaging Tests and Pre- and Post- Confinement/ Day case Procedure outpatient care, can be reimbursed under VFlexi without any lifetime limit. In case you are unfortunately diagnosed with a cancer, no matter it is surgical or non-surgical, this plan does cover the treatment needed. VFlevi also subsidise an extra cash up to HKD500 per day for Hospital Connements (up to 60 days per Policy Year) if you have already claimed from another licensed insurance company.

Change of Policy Ownwership

Under these conditions, Bolttech accepts applications to transfer ownership from Policyholders:

(a) The Insured Person, if they have reached the age of 18 years; (b) The parent or guardian of the Insured Person, if they are under the age of 18 years; or (c) Any person whose familial relationship with the Insured Person is accepted by Bolttech according to the prevailing underwriting practices.
